Can someone make me several outfits with any of these shoes?

I really like the brown sandal flat thingies on the bottom right on top of the sneaker. I dunno any stores in america since I'm canadian but i would put some nice blue skinny jeans, a grey cardigan with a cute graphic tee shirt wit those shoes. Those are pretty common things to get so it probably won't be hard to find them :)
